  Quick response to my email to quote. Chris was here for a good few hours on his 1st visit discussing our requirements. Started off friendly, answering emails and phone calls promptly! We accepted his quote between £3400-3800. Work commenced but I had to use the garden money to purchase a new boiler just after they started the job which Chris made quite obvious he wasn't happy about, but hot water and heating had to be the priority. He said they had another job etc and came back the following week after I had sorted extra funds to pay for the work to carry on. The garden looked 100% better than it did, his guys did a great job and we were pleased. However short cuts were made i.e. Patio extended over the top of the old patio and rough & uneven pathway covered over with shale! I also put my neighbour in touch with him too as she needed new fencing. My quote included taking all the rubbish from the garden clearance away. I paid the last £400 (by this time after a few extra fence panels the price had gone up to £4300). Chris said he would be back to finish off the last few bits the following week. My neighbour had her fencing done and I paid the £400 balance! I then heard nothing more and so text and emailed Chris with no response. I then got hold of him by phone and he said he would come over the following Tuesday to finish! He didn't turn up, call or text to say he wouldn't be coming and so I text again asking what was going on. Again he completely ignored me. Again I rang only to be shouted at and accused of slating him in a text when I was merely asking where he was and why he had been ignoring me. He also said that my job had lost him money! Not my fault if that was the case! My neighbour went out to her garage at the back of the house to see there was a pile of rubbish from my garden that he had placed in front of her garage which he was supposed to take away. When she text him asking him to collect it his response was DREAM ON! Really professional! I ended up having to pay someone else to take that rubbish and finish of the bits in my garden.. another £300 to be precise. He also kept the key to the security gates in our alleyway ignoring texts etc to return it. Finally got it back a few weeks later.So BEWARE... starts off all nicey nicey but is quite arrogant at times. What professional shouts at there client and doesn't thank them for their business? None that I know of! I therefore would NOT recommend I'm afraid!
